ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

EASYGO PRODUCTS, INC. provides each of its products with a one-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship that occur during regular use, and warrants, for one year from the date of purchase, necessary repairs or replacements of any products/parts that may be considered a manufacturer defect. Any damage done to any of our products during misuse or normal wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.

Misuse of a product includes but is not limited to:

• Exceeding Weight restrictions.
• Not using as instructed.
• Not heeding warning labels and recommendations as provided on instructions or packaging.
• Dropping the item.

Return Policy

We provide a 30-day Standard Return Policy for our items. This means that if your item is returned within 30 days, then you will be refunded the original purchase price of your product. You will be subject to returning the item at your own shipping cost, or a deduction from your refund that is equal to our shipping cost if we provide a pre-paid return label, if you are returning your item for any reason other than for the following reasons:

• Item is defective/damaged/not working properly.
• You received the wrong item.
• Mistake in product details in the listing/website page.
